Danica Patrick criticizes Taylor Swift’s endorsement of Kamala Harris, questioning the authenticity of celebrity political support.
Former NASCAR and IndyCar driver Danica Patrick has branded celebrity endorsement of Vice President Kamala Harris from the likes of Taylor Swift and Eminem as « survival » ahead of the 2024 Presidency campaign where Harris is going up against Donald Trump.
Patrick shared her perspective in a reposted Instagram reel which discusses celebrity endorsement of the Vice President. The former driver simply commented:
« Watch it to the end. [Kamala’s] support is not a passion, it is survival. »
The reel Patrick shared, originally from Lennie Moreno, claimed that many celebrities who have voiced support for Harris have yet to follow through with any of their public appearances and that their support is not authentic.
