It was no surprise when Percy Jackson and the Olympians was renewed for a second season in early 2024—the Disney+ series was a hit when it premiered back in 2023, building on the popularity of Rick Riordan‘s fantasy-adventure novel series. Then—earlier this year, before season two even arrived—it was renewed for a third installment. That’s a huge boost of confidence for all involved, and the excitement came through in the show’s San Diego Comic-Con panel, held in the cavernous Hall H.
