Superstar Aaron Judge is a staple in the New York Yankees’ lineup. Besides an occasional off day, Judge resides in the No. 2 or No. 3 spot in Aaron Boone’s lineup, barring an injury.
So, when Judge was suddenly missing from Saturday’s lineup in a game against the surging Philadelphia Phillies, there were a lot of questions to be asked.
Shortly after the lineup came out, Boone spoke on Judge’s status and confirmed everybody’s worst nightmare: it was injury-related.
