President Donald Trump’s special envoy Steve Witkoff arrived in Moscow on Wednesday ahead of expected talks with the Russian leadership, Russian state media reported.
Witkoff was met by Kirill Dmitriev — the head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund — at the capital’s Vnukovo Airport, according to state media agencies Tass and Interfax.
