The Chicago Cubs once again completely mismanaged an injury, this time with outfielder Kyle Tucker, and it may have cost them valuable wins in September.
The Chicago Cubs have become notorious for sitting guys on the bench when they should instead be on the injured list.
It happened again over the weekend with superstar right fielder Kyle Tucker. Tucker was injured last Tuesday against the Atlanta Braves and has not appeared in the lineup since.
Chicago waited until a week later to place Tucker on the 10-day injured list. The stint was luckily backdated to Saturday, meaning Tucker is eligible to return from the injured list a week from Tuesday.
