Father who accidentally streamed the birth of his child on Facebook Live loses court case

A Father who erroneously streamed the birth of his child to Facebook Live has lost a case which he filed against broadcasters and news sites for airing and posting the footage.
A man who live streamed the birth of his son has lost one of a series of cases for copyright infringement which he filed against numerous TV broadcasters and news sites for airing and posting the footage.
Kali Kanongataa filmed the birth of his son on Facebook Live in May 2016. He originally intended to only share the footage with family and friends, but realized about half an hour into filming that the stream was public.
Approximately 120,000 people watched the stream but after news organizations such as ABC played sections of the video on TV and posted it online, Kanongataa filed a series of lawsuits against them, claiming they had infringed upon copyright laws.
