Looking every inch the silver siren, the 19-year-old actress turned heads as she strolled through the site in a dazzling baby blue gown adorned with a quirky lemon yellow phone print.
She can always be relied on to add a touch of glamour to any event.
And Elle Fanning didn’t disappoint as she stepped out during the 70th annual Cannes Film Festival on Friday.

Sheathing her fantastic figure, the ethereal dress billowed behind her as she walked, whilst the garment featured tie-up detailing at the front.
Daring to go braless beneath, the garment also offered a look at her cleavage and decotellage whilst remaining demure.
Keeping her accessories simple, Elle donned a pair of oversized sunglasses and slipped her feet into studded white mules which gave her frame an extra boost.
Elle is in Cannes to promote new films, romantic comedy How To Talk To Girls At Parties and The Beguiled, which tells the story of an injured solider who seeks shelter in an all girls’ boarding school.
As the drama unfolds and the serviceman, played by Colin Farrell, tries to win the hearts of the women who nurse him, dangerous rivalries begin to form as a result of sexual temptation.
Elle slips into the role of the ‘bad girl’, starring alongside Nicole Kidman and Kirsten Dunst in the remake of the 1971 film starring Clint Eastwood.
Meanwhile How To Talk To Girls At Parties, in which Elle also stars alongside Nicole, is a romantic comedy that tells the story of an alien who meets two residents in Croydon.
While her older sister is also an actress, Elle said there was no sibling rivalry or sense of competition between them.
Describing their close relationship, she told Vogue magazine: ‘You think, Gosh, if I didn’ t have a sister who started acting, would I be acting?
‘People sometimes want us to feel weird jealousy or competition. It will never happen. There’s no one I want to see succeed or soar more.’
