Jordan Spieth is one round closer to completing the third leg of his major grand slam, but the 23-year-old’s 65 on Saturday was far from the talk of the course.
Branden Grace shot the first 62 in major championship history, putting himself in the golf record books with eight birdies and no bogeys on Saturday afternoon. Grace started the day 4-over and in a tie for 45th place and finished at 4-under, ultimately residing in a tie for 5th place.
