Promises connection for 150 cloud and SaaS applications,Networks ,unified communications,NetscoutCollaboration
Managed security and cloud unified communications firm Masergy has announced a partnership with workflow automation company Cloudpipes in the hope of extending «cloud connectivity options» for its «global UCaaS» (unified communications as-a-service) solution.
With this, Masergy reckons that its customers can now connect over 150 cloud and SaaS applications to its platform, all via a «drap-and-drop, visual designer».
Masergy says the resulting functions will allow its API to reach «potentially any cloud application,» listing Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Slack, Google Docs, Twitter, Hubspot, Basecamp and several other big name products, and even citing the possibility of integrating with artificial intelligence «such as IBM Watson».
