Hamster Corporation has ported another Neo Geo classic to the Xbox One in the form of World Heroes 2. While prices will vary by region, the beat ’em up title is now available for purchase.
This week, Microsoft announced that its Xbox Game Pass would be going live to all on June 1. The service offers a wide range of modern titles that players can gain access to for just $9.99 a month. However, if the initial selection of games isn’t to your liking and you’re looking for something more retro, you might want to consider the latest release from Hamster Corporation, World Heroes 2.
Much like its predecessor, World Heroes 2 is an arcade combat game that pits fighters against each other. The sequel retains the eight characters from the original but brings six new fighters into the mix. Along with the new fighters, you’ll also have the task of mastering new moves.
If the fast fighting action of World Heroes 2 isn’t to your liking, you can always try some other retro titles, like action shooters NAM-1975 and Metal Slug. Otherwise, for those looking for something a bit more calming, you might want to try the arcade golf hit, Neo Turf.
