YPSILANTI TOWNSHIP, MI — One person was shot Thursday, June 29 in an Ypsilanti Township neighborhood.
At 7: 20 p.m. Thursday, a suspect shot into an occupied vehicle and struck one person at Nash Avenue and Mary Catherine Street in the West Willow neighborhood, said Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Keith Flores.
One person was taken to the hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening, he said.
Police have not release further information about the incident.
