The “High School Musical” star fired off a barrage of Instagram posts for Halloween. Her costume is a dark outfit, fake skeleton hands holding her chest and fake silver hair. Is it possible to have an elite Halloween costume without anybody even knowing what it is? I wouldn’t have known for sure if you asked me this morning, but I can very confidently say yes after seeing Hudgens. I’m all in on whatever this outfit is all about.
