The Polka Booster Club of America is gearing up for its popular annual Christmas celebration.
The Polka Booster Club of America, a 50-year-old organization that celebrates polka music, is gearing up for its popular annual Christmas celebration.
The Dec. 17 event starts with dinner at 1:30 p.m. followed by dancing from 2:30-6:30 p.m.at the Lyskawa VFW Hall, Post 7546, at 6828 Waverly in Dearborn Heights. Performers Mollie B and Squeezebox will provide live music.
Tickets for both the dinner and dance are $25, a price that includes beer, wine and pop. Children 12 and under are $10. Tickets for only the dance are $17.
