Durham, N. C. — Durham police are investigating after a man was shot Monday evening.
Officers responded to the 3900 block of Fayetteville Street at about 5:45 p.m. and found a 20-year-old man with a gunshot wound, police said.
The man, who was not identified, was taken to an area hospital for treatment of potentially life threatening injuries, authorities said.
Authorities did not release any suspect information.
