Flipkart has launched two new power banks in India under its Billion brand. The Flipkart Billion series power banks are ‘Made in India’ and come in 10000mAh and 15000mAh capacities.
The Flipkart Billion 10000mAh power bank has been priced at Rs.799 and comes in Copper and Black colors. Flipkart Billion 15000mAh power bank, on the other hand, is priced at Rs.999 and is available in Rose Gold and Black colors. Needless to say, both the power banks are available exclusively on Flipkart.
The new Flipkart Billion series power banks are claimed to use A+ grade, high-energy density Li-ion batteries that last for up to 500 charge/discharge cycles. Even when left idle for a month, Flipkart claims these power banks will lose only about 3-4% charge. Thanks to 5V/2.1A USB ports, your smartphone and other compatible mobile devices will be charged much quicker than conventional power banks with 5V/1A output. Safety features include temperature protection, over/under-voltage, short circuit and overcurrent protection. Both the 10000mAh and 15000mAh Billion power banks are lightweight and portable, making them easy to carry around. Flipkart is offering a 1-year warranty on both models.
