The Motorola One Power looks a lot like an Apple iPhone X. The phone is allegedly part of Google’s Android One program…
Earlier this week, we saw a render of an unannounced Motorola smartphone allegedly called One Power. Today, the device can be seen once again, this time in a real-life photo (embedded above).
Revealed by 91Mobiles, this new photo seems to show a Motorola One Power prototype. If you zoom in and squint really hard, you may notice a certain caption at the bottom of the device, just below the company’s logo: «Motorola Confidential Property. Not For Sale.”
The Motorola One Power has an almost bezel-less screen and a very iPhone X -like notch. As previously reported, the phone should be part of Google’s Android One program — this is great news, as it means that software updates will be delivered fast and seamless.
While there are no live photos to show the back of the Motorola One Power, the previously leaked render showed it bearing a dual rear camera (this, too, also being very iPhone X-like).
There is no word on what specs the Motorola One Power will bring. However, if this is some sort of sequel to last year’s Moto X4 (Motorola’s very first Android One smartphone), it might offer mid-range features.
It’s not clear when the Motorola One Power will be announced. Anyway, assuming that the handset will be officially presented soon, it should become the very first Motorola-branded phone with a notch.
