The newly engaged couple Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin returned to Miami after their surprise engagement.
The 24-year-old pop star and the 21-year-old model sparked their rumours of a rekindled romance after the two spotted together in the coastal city. Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin got engaged in the Bahamas last weekend after weeks of trips and multiple PDAs in New York City.
The romance rumours of Justin and Hailey sparked three years ago and the two had dated each other since then on and off. They flew to Florida in a private jet on July 13, Friday. The couple was spotted wearing some new bling to go well with Hailey’s diamond engagement ring from Justin — matching diamond-encrusted watches. The couple spotted lounging together by a pool at a hotel on Saturday afternoon.
A source told E! News, “Justin and Hailey hung out poolside at a cabana at SLS South Beach, just the two of them.” The source said, “They seemed extremely happy and loving.”
“They were steps away from the pool party at [the] Hyde Beach [lounge] with over a thousand people nearby, but no one could get near them,” the source told the outlet. “They had one security guard with them. They had part of one the pools completely closed down for them and nobody could get into the area. Security was extremely tight and wasn’t letting anyone even close to where they were.”
The “Love Yourself” hitmaker and his lady love were also spotted walking together, holding hands in the cabana. They were earlier spotted at the Soho Beach House Hotel, E! News reported.
The newly engaged couple dined with David Grutman on Friday at his Komodo restaurant in Miami. Another source told the outlet, Jaden Smith was also stopped by their table to talk. In addition, Jaden was in town for a DJ gig at Grutman’s nightclub Liv.
Justin took to Instagram on Friday and shared a picture of himself and Hailey sharing a kiss inside a hot tub or pool.
While Justin chose to write nothing in the caption of the sweet photo, another celebrity couldn’t help but comment on the picture. John Mayer roast the “Sorry” singer in the comment section over the intimate picture, writing, “Interesting dynamic with the photographer in the hot tub. That’s gotta feel super third wheel.”
He added, “I see a lot of myself in this hot tub photographer. Imagine being in a hot tub on business.”
Justin’s manager Scooter Braun seemed to point out the same thing. Scooter wrote, “Damnnnn… but who took this pic? The 3rd wheel is so real right now.”
For those who aren’t aware, Scooter helped Justin and Hailey to take the next step in their relationship. Jack Solow of Solow & Co. Inc. Diamond told Entertainment Tonight that Scooter reached out to get the diamond engagement ring ready for the singer’s proposal.
“I was very happy that Scooter said I was really going to take care of this ring for Justin,” Jack said. “Justin’s team gave me a heads up that I was the guy that was going to be doing Justin’s ring for Hailey. They were pretty specific about what Justin wanted in the sense of design and metal and left if for me to suggest certain shapes of stones and types of stones.”
“The ring is gorgeous. It is what Hailey wanted,” he went on to say. “She wanted a gorgeous band with diamonds and that is what she got, one row of diamonds around the band and a sprinkle of diamonds in the gallery. The ring compliments the centre stone.”
While Justin and Hailey’s relationship has been a whirlwind romance, the pop star couldn’t be more in love with the model. Justin took Instagram on Monday and officially confirmed his engagement to Hailey.
“Hailey I’m soooo in love with everything about you!” Justin wrote. “So committed to spending my life getting to know every single part of you loving you patiently and kindly.”
