The body of Iowa college student Mollie Tibbetts has been located after she went missing on July 18, two sources told Fox News Tuesday.
There are no details about where the body was found, reported Fox News. Fox reports that a “law enforcement source” told the outlet that the body was found in Iowa.
The Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation will hold a press conference at the sheriff’s office in Montezuma, Iowa, at 5 p.m. local time Tuesday afternoon, reported KCRG. A “significant amount of information will be shared,” officials said according to KCRG.
Greg Willey, vice president of Crime Stoppers of Central Iowa, said the body is believe to be Tibbetts, reported KCRG. The $400,000 reward for her discovery will convert into a reward for “information leading to the capture of any suspects,” Willey said.
Tibbetts vanished after she went for a run near the small town of Brooklyn, Iowa, on July 18, reported Fox News on Wednesday. She was living at her boyfriend’s house at the time of the disappearance, but the boyfriend, Dalton Jack, was out of town the day she went missing.
