The launcher comes with some really cool features. It has an app drawer, which is not commonly seen on the Xiaomi devices. This is one of the key features that has been missing in the MIUI on Xiaomi devices. Furthermore, the app drawer also features automatic grouping of apps based on the categories, support for third-party icon packs, and hidden apps space. Xiaomi confirmed that the launcher would be available for download from the Play Store for other devices starting August 29. However, you can download it right away if own a Xiaomi device running MIUI 9 or MIUI 10. The POCO F1 features a large 6.18-inch IPS LCD display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2246 pixels and an aspect ratio of 18:9 which is ubiquitous in the world of smartphones these days.
Under the hood, the POCO F1 is powered by the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC, which is the best offering in terms of processors on Android devices. The SD845 chip combines the Adreno 630 GPU for graphics. The device is a perfect choice for those who enjoy playing games on their smartphones. The smartphone will be offered offers four different memory configuration.
Moving on to the optics, the Xiaomi POCO F1 is equipped with a 12-megapixel primary camera and a 5-megapixel secondary snapper. At the time of launch, the company promised that the POCO F1 will get the latest Android Pie update. The device measures 155.5 x 75.3 x 8.8 mm and weighs 180 grams. The device is available in multiple color options including Graphite Black, Steel Blue, Rosso Red, Armored Edition with Kevlar.
The POCO F1 is available in four versions in India with different price tags. The 6GB RAM + 64GB storage variant is priced at Rs. 20,999. The 6GB+128GB variant will sell for Rs. 23,999. The 8GB+256GB will be available with a price tag of Rs. 28,999. Whereas the Armoured Edition (8GB+256GB) will go on sale for Rs. 29,999. The smartphone will go on sale starting August 29,2018,12 P. M on Flipkart and the official Mi store.
