Microsoft today released its first new Windows 10 Insider Preview for the Skip Ahead ring in almost three weeks, so naturally, there’s a huge list of fixes and improvements, along with known issues.
Microsoft today released Windows 10 Insider Preview build 18234 to those on the Skip Ahead ring today. The build is pretty light on new features, with the team citing some Snip & Sketch improvements, along with app updates that Insiders have already been using.
But it’s also the first new build in the subset of the Fast ring in almost three weeks. While there aren’t many new features, plenty of things have been fixed and improved. Here’s the list of fixes and improvements:
What’s interesting about this list of fixes and improvements is that there are a few that actually announce the removal of some features, such as naming tabs that are set aside in Edge. It’s unclear if these things will come back in a later build, or if they’re gone for good.

To install today’s build, you can get it via Windows Update if you’re already in the Skip Ahead ring. If you’re not, it’s too late to sign up, as there’s limited availability. Fast ring users won’t be able to test 19H1 until after the Windows 10 October 2018 Update is released next month.
