A man who was hit by a truck in April died Tuesday from his injuries, Houston police said.
The 32-year-old man, who has yet to be identified, was hit by a white Chevrolet Silverado. Police said the driver was traveling westbound in the 7100 block of Ley Road when the victim ran into the street and was hit.
The driver stopped the car and called 911. The man was initially transported to Ben Taub Hospital then was transferred to Memorial Hermann Southwest, where he died six months after the crash.
No charges are expected in this case, police said.
