In a shocking news, a class action lawsuit was launched on Friday, filed by plaintiffs which accused Apple of making false and fraudulent claims regarding the size and pixel count of its OLED displays which were featured in the expensive iPhone X, iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max model.
The lawsuit claimed that during the marketing and advertisement of the iPhone X, Apple lied about the screen sizes as it also included the non-screen parts like the notch and corners. Also, the punchline used by the Apple marketing company “all screen” isn’t technically true according to the 55-page complaint.
