Here are two proven ways Red Dead Redemption 2 players can get their hands on treasure maps when playing the game’s Red Dead Online multiplayer component.
Red Dead Redemption 2‘s online multiplayer component, Red Dead Online, is now available to most players, giving fans of the game a chance to explore the Wild West with friends. Many of the activities that are available in the single player Story mode for Red Dead Redemption 2 also appear in Red Dead Online in some form, such as following treasure maps to find hidden riches in the game world.
However, similarly to selling animal pelts, finding, following, and solving treasure maps in Red Dead Online works a bit differently than it does in Story mode. In Red Dead Redemption 2‘s single player mode, treasure maps are gained from characters or found in the game world, and the location of the treasure is universal for everyone playing the game.
