Suicide bombers believed to be ISIS militants stormed the Libyan foreign ministry in the capital of Tripoli on Tuesday, killing at least three people and wounding about 10 others, according to reports.
The three jihadists began their assault with a car bomb, damaging cars and buildings, and then opened fire on the ministry. Two managed to get inside and blow themselves up.
Guards killed the third, who was unarmed and wearing a bulletproof vest, said special forces spokesman Tarak al-Dawass, who blamed ISIS for the bloodshed.
No one immediately claimed responsibility for the attack, which bore the hallmarks of the terror group.
