MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Over 20 countries applied for participation in the 2019 Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival, the Russian Defence Ministry said Saturday in a statement.
«The Directorate of the festival has already received preliminary applications from military music and creative teams from more than 20 countries, including European states,» the statement read.
