Raleigh, N. C. — It’s been an overcast, mild Sunday, but rain is on the way for the Triangle.
According to WRAL meteorologist Peta Sheerwood, temperatures will stay in the low 50s most of Sunday, and the hit-and-miss showers we saw in the morning will become more steady later in the day.
There is a chance for severe storms in the Triangle tonight, and the rain will move into the area by 7 or 8 p.
