A man who walked into an Atlanta grocery store Wednesday wearing body armor and carrying five guns has been detained by the police and charged with reckless conduct, the police said. The incident came just days after a mass shooting at a grocery store in Boulder, Colo., that left 10 people dead, and about a week after shootings at spas in the Atlanta area that killed eight people — six of them women of Asian descent.
