There is a new update for Telegram Messenger and it adds a bunch of new features to the app. First spotted on the official Telegram blog, the update will not be available on the Google Play Store as yet. This is because it is taking a bit of time on Google’s end because it is currently experiencing longer than usual review times due to adjusted work schedules.
