A Minneapolis man arrested Sunday has now been charged with the murder of a woman who was fatally struck by a car he crashed into. Nicholas Kraus,35, has been charged with second-degree unpremeditated murder, Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman announced Wednesday. Kraus, who officials said was drunk at the time, drove his Jeep into a parked car that was being used as a protective border for protesters in Uptown, according to a criminal complaint.
