Only Outlook 2013 Service Pack 1 and newer will be supported
Microsoft announced a series of changes for Outlook for Windows to access Microsoft 365, explaining that starting with November 1, only Outlook 2013 Service Pack 1 and newer would be supported. More specifically, if you’re using older versions of Outlook, such as 2007 and 2010, will no longer be able to connect to Microsoft 365, with the Redmond-based software giant explaining that its support team is working with tenants to make sure they’re reaching the upgrade deadline. “After November 1,2021, only Outlook 2013 Service Pack 1 (with latest fixes) and later will be able to connect to Microsoft 365 services.
