OnePlus CEO Pete Lau has confirmed that the OnePlus 9T has been canceled. Furthermore, its 2022 flagship will feature a new OS, which is the unification of OnePlus’ OxygenOS and Oppo’s ColorOS.
Ever since the launch of the OnePlus 3T back in 2016, OnePlus has been releasing «T» series upgrades to its standard flagship devices in the second half of each year. However, the company has announced that it is breaking tradition as there will be no 9T handset to accompany the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro from earlier this year.
