Why move closer to embarrassment on national television at the end of the week courtesy of those things and whatever other self-inflicted horrors you might have for yourselves around Halloween? Why can’t Braves officials let everybody enjoy the reasons this franchise has one of the most amazing teams ever to win a pennant as the Braves prepare to open the World Series Tuesday night in Houston against the Astros? Regarding the Braves’ miracle in progress: Acuna, Ozuna and d’Arnaud were 2020 National League Silver Slugger winners, meaning they were the best hitters at their position.
