Grubbs is currently being held at the Kenton County Jail pending extradition.
Cincinnati police arrested a man on Thursday in connection with the killing of an 18-year-old in West Price Hill earlier this week. Jack Grubbs,18, is accused of fatally shooting Tyler Lee, according to an affidavit filed in Hamilton County Municipal Court.
