The final five episodes of «Money Heist» will be released on Netflix on Friday, December 3 and will see the conclusion of the Bank of Spain heist.
Money Heist is, sadly, coming to an end with its fifth season, which was split into two parts, the second of which will be released on Friday, December 3. Volume 5 Part 2 will bring The Professor (Álvaro Morte) and his fellow robbers’ storyline to a close with the conclusion of their heist in the Bank of Spain; whether this will end well or not is to be seen. Lisbon (Itziar Ituño), Denver (Jaime Lorente), Rio (Miguel Herrán), Helsinki (Darko Perić), Mónica (Esther Acebo), Palermo (Rodrigo de la Serna), Bogotá (Hovik Keuchkerian), and Manila (Belén Cuesta) remain in the bank while The Professor is outside hoping to save them. Despite the show’s popularity it will be ending after the events of the next five episodes, and here Newsweek can share why this decision was made. The cast and crew took part in a virtual press conference, which Newsweek attended, where executive producer Jesús Colmenar addressed their reasoning behind the show coming to an end.
