Actor and comedian Tiffany Haddish was arrested in Georgia early Friday on suspicion of driving under the influence, according to police.
Officers responded at about 2:30 a.m. to a 911 call regarding a driver asleep at the wheel on the roadway, according to a statement emailed to CNN by Peachtree City Police Department. A Peachtree City officer «observed a vehicle matching the description and ultimately conducted a traffic stop as the vehicle pulled into the yard of a residence,» according to the statement. «Subsequent investigation led to Ms. Tiffany Haddish being arrested for Driving Under the Influence,» the statement said. Haddish,42, was transported to Fayette County Jail without incident, officials said.
