A former Secret Service worker said the robust housing market is inflating costs.
He’s Malibu Biden. President Biden’s son,52-year-old Hunter Biden, is holed up in Malibu, with taxpayers reportedly shelling out about $1,000 a day to accommodate his Secret Service detail. ABC News reports that officials protecting Hunter have been staying in a $30,000 per month mansion featuring “gorgeous ocean views” in the tony California town for about a year. The Spanish-style estate housing those agents reportedly sits next to Hunter’s $20,000 per month, four-bedroom, hilltop home, which features a spa and built-in barbecue bar. His protectors share six bedrooms, a gym and a “master retreat with wet bar,” sources told ABC News.
