Skydance and Lucasfilm Games have revealed that they’re working on a new Star Wars game with Amy Hennig at the helm of the project.
Skydance New Media, the developer helmed by former Uncharted creative director and writer Amy Hennig, has announced that it is working on a new Star Wars game in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games. The narrative-driven, action-adventure title will showcase an original story in the Star Wars universe. In a statement on the developer’s website, Hennig shares that she is thrilled to be able to create another title with Lucasfilm Games, with the new Star Wars game being the second collaboration between Skydance New Media and Disney announced so far: “I’ve often described how seeing Star Wars in 1977 essentially rewired my 12-year-old brain, shaping my creative life and future indelibly.
