The Daytime Emmys, celebrating the best of daytime entertainment and its creative talent, are just around the corner.
The 2022 Daytime Emmy Awards are set to take place at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium, the first time the awards have taken place in person in the past two years. The ceremony will celebrate and award the best in daytime television, including soaps, talk show hosts and game shows. Soap opera The Young and the Restless led the nominations, with a total of 18, followed by General Hospital with 17 and Days Of Our Lives with 11. Talk shows are also proving popular this year with The Kelly Clarkson Show and The View receiving nine nominations each. The Daytime Emmys will be broadcast live on television and online on Friday, June 24, at 9 p.m. ET. The ceremony will air exclusively on CBS, but not to worry if you are not a CBS customer. You can stream the entire ceremony live via Paramount+. The Daytime Emmys will also be available to watch at your leisure via Paramount+ after the event ends at 8 p.
