Samsung has launched the Maintenance mode globally and will block access to your data when in service.
Samsung is rolling out its new feature to prevent user data from getting compromised when they give their phones for service. The Maintenance mode was previously launched in Korea as the Repair mode and in China but is now available globally. However, all the devices will not have access to this feature initially. Samsung will roll out the mode in Galaxy S21 and S22 series running on the released One UI 5 and expand to its other models by 2023.
