The next-generation Bing search engine is on the way
Microsoft just couldn’t stay away from the AI revolution, so the company used the AI model that powers ChatGPT to reinvent its very own Bing search engine.
Announced during an ad-hoc event, the new Bing brings together four different technical breakthroughs, namely the next-generation OpenAI model, the Microsoft Prometheus model, a completely new user experience, and a way to apply AI to the core search algorithm.
All of these, Microsoft says, should provide users with better search, complete answers, and a new chat experience.
In other words, you should now use Bing in a conversational way, just like you’d be talking to a human being, and expect the search engine to provide more relevant results.
