In pictures tweeted by Momomo_US, we see two distinct Intel CPUs with an IHS design that hasn’t been seen before. These chips are secured within their carrier frame which reads «LGA 4710-2» so this is a new socket that also hasn’t been released. The CPU IHS on the left looks kind of similar to existing Sapphire Rapids-SP chips but it’s the one on the right that looks very different than what we have seen yet.
Replying to the tweet, YuuKi_AnS revealed that the chips are actually Intel’s Granite Rapids-SP parts which are designed around the new LGA 4710-2 socket.
