This seems to be happening mostly when the iPhone is being fast-charged. Either the user feels it or sees a warning, “Charging was on hold due to iPhone temperature”.
Now, this could be because a fresh iPhone undergoes lots of activities, both foreground and background in the initial few days or hours. If it happens during this period, we think you need not worry.
