Sasuke held his own against Code quite well in Boruto.
Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 5 is finally out and, once again, it has been somewhat of an exciting chapter for all the fans of the series. Previously, fans saw new villains emerge in the series and, most importantly, the fate of Sasuke was revealed to everyone. Fans saw Sasuke having been turned into a tree at some point during the timeskip and this was heartbreaking for them.
In Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 5, fans found out how exactly Sasuke met this fate and, more importantly, his incredible battle against Code. Much to the surprise of the fans, Sasuke actually fared pretty well against him and received some very amazing feats. Boruto And Sasuke’s Training
Towards the end of the original Boruto series, Boruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha left the village in order to train and get stronger. Boruto knew that if he wanted to stop Kawaki and, at the same time, rescue his parents and restore order to the world, he needed to get stronger. There was no one better than Sasuke around to teach him at that point and, of course, Sasuke himself wanted to set the record right as well. He believed his daughter’s words and decided to save Boruto. At the same time, Sasuke came to realize that he himself needed to get stronger too. Sadly, fans did not get to see much of the timeskip of Boruto at all, however, with Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 5, a glimpse of their training was provided to the readers.
Boruto Uzumaki and Sasuke gathered around a fire and discussed the progress of the former’s training. According to Sasuke, Boruto had learned everything that he had to offer within one year and, if he continued to practice his skills, he would then go on to master the Uchiha style and become a fantastic shinobi. At this point, it appears that Sasuke was still stronger than Boruto in combat, which is quite surprising for many fans. Boruto’s admiration for Sasuke was taken to a whole new level as he started to wear a similar outfit and, at the same time, even styled himself very similarly. Code’s Attack
Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 5 showcased the relationship between Boruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha very well and the trust that the latter has in his apprentice. This relationship has become complicated ever since Omnipotence struck.
