Palworld developer Pocket Pair is warning fans about numerous fake versions of the massively popular game, re-stating that the game currently does not have an official mobile version. The recent launch of the monster-catching survival game has seen overwhelming success for developer Pocket Pair, amassing millions of players. The debut of Pocket Pair’s newest game on PC and Game Pass quickly took the internet by storm, with Steam reporting over 2 million concurrent players on Palworld. Now, the developer is warning fans about recent fake versions appearing on mobile devices.
The early popularity of Palworld has already seen fans clamoring for the game to arrive on other consoles, only launching on PC and Xbox consoles. PS4 and PS5 have been among the most common requests by fans, with Xbox’s console exclusivity leaving PlayStation players unable to experience the hot new indie game. Many fans have also requested for the game to come to Switch, though the company’s ongoing legal dilemma with The Pokemon Company may affect Palworld’s release on the console.
