The current flagship Google Pixel 8 and the Google Pixel 8 Pro are based on a rounder design language. They fit well in the hand, and the rounded design also looks great. However, according to leaks, it looks like Google is developing a flat design that fits the style of the current iPhones. This should make the smartphones more grippy than before and possibly a little less comfortable to use, just like the iPhone. It seems to be just like Samsung. Google is also planning to release all 3 (possible) models with flat edges.
