Kendrick Lamar’s Damn hits a new high on Billboard’s Top Streaming Albums chart, and it now stands as the rapper’s new peak position on that tally.
Kendrick Lamar is currently in the middle of a feud with Drake, one which has played out in a very public manner. The two rappers have been releasing songs aimed at one another for weeks now, and both have found commercial success with their diss tracks.
Amidst all the excitement generated by two legends in the hip-hop world going after each other, Lamar’s entire catalog is gaining. Fans of the rapper–and possibly even some detractors–have been buying, and especially streaming, the music that made him a superstar…and now all those plays have helped the critical favorite reach a new high on one Billboard chart.
