More trouble for Humane as the company says that the Charge Case for the Ai Pin may pose a safety risk for wearers and are being asked to remove it
Humane continues to run into trouble with its first and only product, the Ai Pin. After receiving a bombardment of negative reviews from online media publications and YouTubers, the device’s Charge Case accessory could be a potential danger to customers. The company has now asked customers to stop using the add-on as it could pose a ‘fire safety risk’ to them.The supplier who provided the Charge Case accessory has been ‘disqualified’ as Humane looks for another manufacturer to provide the Ai Pin accessory
In an email that was sent to customers and spotted by The Verge, Humane says that the Ai Pin Charge Case was a third-party accessory that ‘may pose a fire safety risk’ and should not be used with the AI gadget at any cost.
