Tesla shareholders voted on Musk’s pay package as well as a proposal to incorporate the EV giant in Texas on Thursday.
It’s been a pretty rough week for Elon Musk.
Besides watching his rival Sam Altman get a leg-up in the AI race with the Apple-OpenAI team-up, Musk was also hit by a sprawling piece from The Wall Street Journal — and a bombshell lawsuit — both of which contained new allegations about his behavior with staffers at SpaceX.
But it looks like something is finally going his way.
The billionaire said on Wednesday night that the shareholder votes to pass his $56 billion pay package and to reincorporate Tesla in Texas are «passing by wide margins.»
