Vivo’s latest phone boasts an impressive 80W charging speed, but there’s a catch – the charging adapter isn’t included in the box and you need to buy it separately. After Apple removed the charger from the box, Samsung was one of the first to follow it. Initially with Samsung’s flagship devices and later with cheaper Galaxy A series.
Chinese manufacturers were initially hesitant to follow Apple’s lead in removing chargers, as they typically dominate fast-charging technology and require proprietary chargers for high-speed standards.
