In Phase 4, WoW SoD Rogue Runes expanded to include options for the Cloak and Ring Rune Slots, as well as other changes existing Rogue Runes.
Each new phase for World of Warcraft Classic:Season of Discovery brings new Runes for every class, including a variety of new Rogue Runes for SoD Phase 4. In addition to new P4 Rogue Runes for the Cloak slot, there are a variety of Rogue Ring Runes to choose from which grant a variety of skill bonuses, intended to level the playing field at max level.
Though there are lots of new Rogue Runes that complement those introduced in Phase 1 and Phase 2, and in Phase 3, some of these older Runes may have been removed and replaced, or changed entirely. This guide details what the new Rogue Cloak Runes and Rogue Ring Runes do in SoD P4, and explains what (if any) Runes were removed and replaced with new options.

How To Get Blunderbuss Rune: The SoD Blunderbuss Rune location is in the Eastern Plaguelands. Go to Tyr’s Hand and use your Lockpicking skill on various Scarlet Lockboxes throughout the area. You will eventually get a Sending Sigil item. Use this Sending Sigil at the four Sending Pillars located in the far northwest, south, northeast, and east of the Eastern plaguelands. You will be sent to a house with a chest after interacting with the last Pillar, and the Blunderbuss Rune can be found inside of this secret chest.
Crimson Tempest Effects
Finishing Move that slashes all enemies within 8 yds, causing Bleed damage over time based on Combo Points
1 Combo Point: ~155 damage over 4 seconds
2 Combo Points: ~235 damage over 6 seconds
3 Combo Points: ~310 damage over 8 seconds
4 Combo Points: ~390 damage over 10 seconds
5 Combo Points: ~470 damage over 12 seconds
